POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 med. potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chives
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Cheez Whiz

Boil potatoes in jackets the day before. The next day skin the potatoes and grate. Melt butter and mix with chives, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and grated potatoes. Put in buttered casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
