POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed

Mix all the above ingredients on top of the stove. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mixture into pan. Crush corn flakes and put on top. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can be frozen then baked.
