I only used cheesewiz, 1 med white onion diced, and 1 bag of the frozen hashbrowns that are shredded. I used about 2 jars of cheese heated in microwave and a pinch or salt and pepper mixed it all up covered with foil, an Baked at 350°F for 60min. I did stir once about 30min in. Turned out great.
