HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. thawed hash brown potatoes (O'Brian)
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. water
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)

Mix ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with sauteed chips and butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
