HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch sm. green onions (6), cut fine
1 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Herb dressing (Pepperidge Farm)

Melt butter; saute onions. Mix with other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Add topping of herb dressing, cooked in butter until slightly brown. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
