HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Southern style)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. half and half
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. grated Velveeta
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. sour cream

Mix above and pour over potatoes. Top with a mixture of 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. This recipe uses a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (if potatoes are thawed).
