HASHED BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. hashed brown potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. or more Cheez Whiz
2 c. slightly crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 stick melted butter

Mix thawed potatoes with onion, sour cream, and soup. Place in greased (large) casserole. Spread 8 ounces or more of Cheez Whiz on top. Mix 1/2 stick melted butter with 2 cups slightly crushed corn flakes. Spread on top of cheese. Melt 1/4 stick butter and dribble on top of corn flakes.
