“HONEY MUSTARD POTATO WEDGES” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  HOT LASAGNA SALAD

HONEY MUSTARD POTATO WEDGES 
6 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. honey mustard
ground sea salt
cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, honey mustard, sea salt and cracked pepper. Set wedges on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour, tossing at 15-minute intervals. Remove when wedges are golden brown.

Serves 4.
