LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 sm. can frozen lemonade
12 oz. carton Cool Whip

Let butter soften to room temperature and then mix with flour, butter, sugar, and pecans; pat into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned (20 minutes). Let cool completely. Mix condensed milk and lemonade well. Add Cool Whip, folding in until well mixed. Spread on top of crust. Store in refrigerator.
