REFRESHING ICE CREAM DESSERT 
3 c. graham crackers
6 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6 oz.) can pink lemonade
3-6 drops red food coloring

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix softened ice cream, melted pink lemonade together. Add food coloring until pink. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares.
