ICE CREAM SUNDAE DESSERT 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 sticks softened butter
1 jar Mrs. Richardson caramel sauce
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Blend sugar, flour, oatmeal, nuts, and butter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until browned evenly, stirring mixture occasionally. Place 1/2 of crumbled mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan and cool. Drizzle 1/2 jar of the caramel sauce (softened in microwave) over crumbs. Slice ice cream and place over caramel. Sprinkle rest of crumbs over ice cream and pour remaining half of caramel on top. Freeze.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
