ICE CREAM CRUNCH DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 can flake coconut (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. broken pecans
1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (block type)

Combine cereal, coconut, pecans and melted butter on cookie sheet, toast at 300 degrees for 30 minutes; stir once.

Take out and add brown sugar, place 1/2 of mixture into 9"x13" pan. Add 1" slice of ice cream. Top with other half; freeze.
