GELATIN PIZZA 
4 (4 serve) pkg. or 2 (8 serve) pkg. Jello gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
No stick cooking spray
1 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
2 c. cut up fruit such as banana, grapes, strawberries, peaches, mandarin oranges

Pour gelatin into bowl. Add boiling water. Stir with rubber scraper until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Spray pizza pan with non-stick spray. Pour gelatin into pizza pan. Chill about 3 hours. Remove pan when ready to serve. Put about 1 inch of warm water in sink, dip BOTTOM of pan into water for 15 seconds. Spread whipped topping over gelatin just before serving. Leave about 1 inch of space around outside edge of gelatin for pizza crust. Top with fruit. Cut pizza into wedges. Lift wedges with spatula. Makes 10-12 servings.
