BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Pre-made thin pizza crust
Blue cheese salad dressing
FRANK'S® Hot Sauce (amount varies depending on taste)
Shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut and cubed chicken and cook until no pink is showing.

Tip: Partially frozen may be easier to cut.

In a bowl, pour hot sauce over the chicken. Spread dressing on crust. Arrange a layer of chicken evenly over the top.

Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken generously. If a double decker pizza is desired, (double the cheese and crust) bake 1 crust until lightly browned, bake pizza with chicken until lightly browned and cheese has melted slightly.

Place plain crust on top and put balance of cheese on top. Continue baking until cheese on top is melted.

1 double decker serves 6, 2 singles serves 12.

An alternate to chicken breast is 1 lb. Purdue ground chicken. 1 lb is just enough to cover pizza and is easier to bake and cut.
