STUFFED CRUST BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA | |
2 pre-made frozen pizza balls shredded mozzarella FRANK'S® Hot Sauce Blue Cheese Salad Dressing Perdue Ground Chicken or 3-4 Chicken Breasts Let dough thaw and rise. When dough is ready, cook chicken. Place chicken in bowl and add sauce, cover and shake to coat chicken. Roll out first dough and place in pan (I used a thick pan pizza pan). Spread cheese on dough leaving the edges uncovered. Wet edges with water using a pastry brush. Roll out second dough and place over first dough. Push edges to seal. Poke holes to allow steam to escape (if this is not done edges will open). Cover top of dough with Blue cheese salad dressing. Spread chicken over dressing. Add cheese over chicken. Bake until golden at 375°F. Optional: Spread olive oil on edges and sprinkle with garlic powder and grated cheese when almost done. This will make crust brown faster.
