“BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA” IS IN:

BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ground chicken (I use Perdue)
FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce (adjust as desired)
blue cheese salad dressing (enough to cover crust)
1 pkg. thin pizza crusts (Mama Mia's w/ 2 crusts)
shredded Mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling (I also use a Mexican "fiesta" blend cheese to make it spicier)

Precook crust as directed on package. Cook chicken in skillet until no longer pink.

Cover crust with blue cheese but do not over do it. Put cooked chicken in bowl and add hot sauce. Cover and shake (the amount of hot sauce should be your own choice - I never measured the amount).

Spread sauced chicken over crust and bake in hot oven until brown.

Note: If you are not making two pizzas and do not want to keep the second crust place it on top before baking. Add cheese to top crust if you want.
