FRY SAUCE 
1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
2 cups Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon each onion and garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice*
1 tablespoon Gold's grated horseradish (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground celery seed (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Serve with hamburgers, fries, etc. Sometimes used on Spokane Style Pizza.

Note: If this is prepared in a food processor, omit garlic powder and use 5 minced garlic cloves instead. Omit onion powder and use 5 green bunching onions (chop first, then add). Omit pickle juice and add 1 chopped dill pickle. Process til smooth, then season to taste.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 3+ cups.
