PIZZA BOATS 
6 brown and serve French rolls
1/2 lb. pork or Italian sausage
1 can (1 lb.) spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Scoop out French rolls leaving bottom and sides 1/2 inch thick. Put in a shallow baking pan. Brown sausage (drain). Combine spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and sausage; spoon into rolls. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6.
