BISQUICK IMITATION CRAB QUICHE 
8 oz. imitation crab, chopped into small cubes
3 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
about five medium-sized fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. basil

Grease a pie pan. Place cheese on bottom, spreading evenly. Add crab, pepper, onions, and mushrooms, spreading evenly over cheese. Mix together eggs with milk in blender and add Bisquick.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
