IMITATION CRAB SALAD 
1 c. sm. sea shell pasta
1 c. celery, cut slanted
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 c. mayonnaise or more
3 1/2 tbsp. cream
3 fresh garden onions with tops, diced
3/4 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 lb. imitation crab, cut in sm. pieces
1 cucumber, cut in sm. chunks
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix mayonnaise, cream, sugar and pepper together. Garnish with slices of tomato wedges and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
