2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. sugar 1 c. dates 1 c. nuts 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt Beat eggs until creamy. Add sugar, dates and nuts. Mix baking powder well with flour and salt. Add to batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Best if not over baked. |
