YOUNGSTOWN CLUB CHEESE SPREAD 
1 crock (2 lb. 13 oz.) net) Kaukauna or Old Tavern cheddar cheese

Let stand at room temperature until soft. Add:

3 oz. horseradish
4 tbsp. Coman's dry mustard

Mix low speed. Add 1/2 of 5 oz. bottle Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce, 2 1/2 oz. Port wine. Mix only to combine. Put into container. Refrigerate. Excellent.

The dry mustard brand is Colman's. It comes in a yellow tin. Try this using B&L Sharp Cheddar as well for a change.
