PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. whipped topping
Chocolate cookie crust
Chocolate fudge ice cream topping

In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk. Add peanut butter; mix well. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Drizzle topping over pie. Refrigerate overnight.
