MEAT LOAF 
4 crackers
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. onion, grated
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)

Soak crackers in milk and egg mixture. Beat in salt, pepper and Accent. Add onion and beef. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours if in loaf pan, 1 hour if shaped flat.
