RASPBERRY TARTS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. flour
Raspberry jam

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Mixture should be like pie crust. Roll dough out flat. Cut into 3 inch squares. Drop a teaspoon of raspberry jam on squares. Fold corners into the middle. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
