1 cup. Italian bread crumbs

1 cup. Parmesan cheese
2 to 3 tbsp. garlic powder & onion powder
2 to 3 tbsp. seasoning salt & pepper
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 onion
3 eggs
1 red & green bell peppers chopped fine
6 oz. tomato paste
1/4 cup. olive oil
1 cup. buttermilk or whole milk
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. oregano & basil
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. A1 sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F or cook your meatballs in olive oil for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Combine all ingredients together, shape your meatballs into 2 to 2 1/2-inch balls rolling the meatballs around in your hand until you have a nice round ball. Place your meatballs on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper if cooking in the oven, cover your meatballs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. When the meatballs are done add them to your flavored sauce such as Spaghetti and or Salisbury. Enjoy!

Makes about 18 to 20 meatballs.
