ITALIAN MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 3 slices dry bread 1/2 c. water 2 eggs 1/4 c. Kraft Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt Dash black pepper Soak bread in water for 2-3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except ground beef. Stir well. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls using about a tablespoon of meat mixture. Brown in hot oil. Place meatballs in Italian sauce of your choice and simmer for 30 minutes. |
