1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow cake Mix
4 eggs
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. Crisco Oil (other brands too heavy)
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
(Walnuts if you wish)

Mix above ingredients together. Beat 4 minutes. Pour batter into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.

FROSTING:

1 pt. med. all-purpose cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Whip together. Keep refrigerated.
