1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow) 1 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant) 1 c. oil 1 c. 7-Up 3 eggs 1/2 c. pecans (optional) Beat above ingredients thoroughly, until well blended. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. TOPPING: 1 box instant pistachio pudding 1 1/4 c. milk Mix above together for 2 minutes. Fold in a small carton of Cool Whip. Frost cake and refrigerate. |
