WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. 7-UP
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine all of the ingredients and mix according to directions on cake mix box. Pour into greased and floured 9x13x2-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

ICING:

1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 pkg. Dream Whip (dry)
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix together on slow speed until well blended. Add 1 1/2 cups cold milk; beat 3-8 minutes until desired spreading consistency. Frost cake and refrigerate.
