1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend well and cook in tube pan for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip (or Dream Whip)
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1/4 c. milk

Mix all together and frost cake. Keep refrigerated.
