RHUBARB KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) red Jello

Mix first four ingredients as for pie crust. Beat egg slightly, add milk; mix and pat in 8"x8" pan (up along sides a little). Fill with diced rhubarb. Sprinkle with 1 package Jello.

TOPPING: Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. I double it for 9"x13" pan.
