COUNTRY TAVERN RIB SAUCE | |
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. sweet pickle juice 1 med. onion, grated 1 c. water Juice of 2 lemons 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 tbsp. pepper 1 tbsp. salt Combine all of the preceding ingredients; cook 15-20 minutes at a boil. Keep refrigerated. Goes good especially with brisket or beef roast. Not bad with chicken or pork. |
