1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated pecans

Blend all ingredients and mix well. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
Nuts, if desired
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients and mix well. If frosting is too thick, add milk to thin.
