2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts, macadamia nuts or pecans

Cream 1 cup butter and brown sugar together until fluffy. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
