BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 cubes butter
1 qt. half & half
1 can chicken broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2-3 drops Tabasco
1/2-3/4 c. flour
1 c. water
3-4 cloves garlic

Cut washed vegetables, put butter and vegetables in soup pot and heat at medium heat until vegetables are bright in color. Mix flour with water and make a paste, pour over vegetables and immediately add half & half and chicken broth. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients, be sure to crush or mince garlic before adding to soup. Heat over medium to medium-low heat until vegetables are tender. Turn off heat and enjoy!
