GRAMMY'S BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
1 1/2 qts. water
4 heaping tbsp. beef and chicken bouillon
5 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
1 pkg. broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots (frozen mix in a bag)
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. onion, sauteed
1 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tsp. dill, crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dash of salt and pepper
3 soup cans of milk
1 lg. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Boil potatoes and bouillons in water until tender. Saute onion in butter and add all to potatoes and water. Add package of frozen vegetables, basil, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and soup. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Serve when cheese is melted.
