BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CHEESE SOUP 
6 c. water
1 lg. onion, diced
2 c. potatoes, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
3 carrots, diced
16 oz. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Boil all except last 2 ingredients for 20 minutes. Add soup and cubed Velveeta. Heat until cheese is melted.
