1 c. pumpkin
1 c. coconut
8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Use either one of the first 3 ingredients. Combine rest of ingredients. Blend everything but pumpkin for 5 minutes on low speed. Stir in pumpkin and spices to suit. Pour into well greased 10 inch pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
