Favorite pie crust (for three 9 inch pies)
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. flour
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine cheese and flour, add eggs, pepper and spices - save. Roll pie mix to 1/4 inch - cut dough in either 4 inch or 5 inch circles, place 1 tablespoon of mixture on one half of each circle - fold over other half and flute. Cut vents. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees until brown and melted cheese comes through slits.
