SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. squash 1 stick butter 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated cheese 1 c. saltine crackers 1 egg 1 can cream of mushroom soup Boil squash and onion together until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add butter, egg and mushroom soup. Then put in a layer of cheese and a layer of crackers, then cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until brown. |
