SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. zucchini 1 lb. yellow squash 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. chopped tomatoes 1 sm. can green chilies 10 oz. grated cheese 24 saltine crackers, crumbled fine Cook squash and onion in saucepan on stove until tender; drain. Add 2 tablespoons butter, tomatoes, peppers and cheese. Mix together with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. |
