MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. yellow squash, halved
1 sm. zucchini, halved
1 med. onion, halved
1 med. green pepper, halved and seeded
1 lg. tomato, sliced and quartered
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil

Assemble salad maker with thick slicer disc and large bowl. Process each vegetable except tomato. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Saute all vegetables except tomatoes until crisp and tender. Add tomatoes and seasonings and cook until heated through.
