SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 med. yellow squash, diced & boiled
1 egg
2 pats of butter
1 sm. onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. saltine crackers (crushed with hands)
1 single bag potato chips
Cheddar cheese

Drain boiled squash. Add butter, then add onion, bell pepper, egg and soup. Pour in pan; spread cheese and sprinkle all over. Add crushed crackers. Then chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add no salt.
