DIFFERENT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. squash, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
1 c. saltine crackers
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste. Boil squash and onions until tender. Season with butter, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Add egg, cracker crumbs and cheese.

Melt 1/4 stick of additional butter and add additional cracker crumbs for topping. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
