SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
Nutmeg
1 tube Townhouse or Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix middle 6 ingredients and add squash. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
