COME BACK CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. squash, cooked and mashed 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 onion, chopped 1/4 green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. pimento 1 egg 1 sm. can water chestnuts Pour into casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese, return to oven until cheese melts. |
