IMPOSSIBLE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick mix

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4-inch. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high 1 minute.

Pour into plate.

Bake until no indention remains when lightly touched in center, about 30 minutes. Cool completely. Top with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
