IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1/4 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Salt
3/4 c. coconut
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Blend in blender eggs, Bisquick, butter, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt. Place coconut in bottom of pie shell. Pour in mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
