AMAZING IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. (about) Baker's Angel Flake coconut

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
